Farooq Manhas Halal Meatz prepare traditional meat cuisine bases following the sunnah of Hand Zibah only.
Authentic Traditional Taste – All our products are prepared in the guidance of our chief chef aka Waza/Langri ensuring that authentic, traditional taste is served at your plates.
No use of Soya/Bread Crumbs – Unlike majority of the brands in the market using 60-70 % soya/bread crumbs, delivering a fake sense of meat taste but we use 100 % meat plus only 1 or 2 gm Maida and Besan/100 gm meat in case of kebabs only (necessary for binding kebabs). Our product, Kashmiri Chicken/Mutton Rista are 100 % meat-made plus spices and our product, Chicken keema is 100 % chicken only.
Source of Meat – For the purpose we prepare chicken/meat on our own under our venture, Mohd Shafi Manhas Chicken, Eggs, Fish and Meat products Store, Jawahar Nagar Rajouri.
Processing of Meat Products – We use semi-automatic technology i.e., machines aided by hand finishing for preparing our meat products in the guidance of our chief chef known as Waza/Langri in local languages, ensuring all the standards of hygiene.
Hygienic standards – All of our staff has to mandatorily maintain the hygiene standards including wearing masks, gloves, head covers etc.
Meat grade packaging – All of our packaging is provided by a packaging company of global standards namely Swiss Pac Pvt Ltd. For all the products we use certified meat-grade packaging.
Regularly tested products- All our products are sent for quality testing to a reputed laboratory, headquartered at Mumbai once within 6 months, following the guidelines of FSSAI.

Conditions to become our seller –
1. You must have working deep freezer/normal refrigrator with freezer compartment working and cooling at minimum – 18°C or lower.
2. Products once thawed due to non-functioning of freezer etc., won’t come under our reponsibility.
